Payment Methods, Security and Privacy

Askew Cycles accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro/Switch and Solo. Your orders are handled via proven shopping cart technology from JShop. Payments for your order is then processed via “Secpay” using 128 bit encryption. All credit card numbers are encrypted via the Secpay software when the order is paid for. At no stage do we [Askew Cycles] handle or store your credit card details and they are not held in clear text on any web site including this one.

We then only store customer address details in our order management system long enough to be able to handle returns of goods and/or customer notices where the customer has opted in to our mailing list.

Any customer information held on our computers complies with the rules and laws contained within the Data Protection Act 1984 Act. We will keep customer information safe and secure and will not distribute or sell this information to a third party.
