Askew Cycles carries several Ambrosio models, including the Ambrosio Celcius Carbon, the Ambrosio Guido and the Ambrosio Vortex Carbon. The Ambrosio Celcius Carbon offers riders the ultimate in both rigidity and lightness. This model also features a full carbon monocoque frame with dual pivot brake calipers and carbon fork with an extremely lightweight carbon steerer column. The word “monocoque” signifies one-piece construction which offers lighter weight and increase strength, compared to heavier glued lugged type frames.
The Ambrosio Guido is a great winter or training bike, thanks to its carbon forks with mudguard eyes, braised on rear carrier bosses, semi-sloping design, double-butted alloy tubing and deep drop brakes. The Evolution wheels come complete with mudguards.
The Ambrosio Vortex Carbon features carbon wishbone rear seat stays, carbon forks, oversize double-butted alloy tubing and a semi-sloping design.
